i have chosen to analyse the journalist style and structure of this article from 'heat' magazine, it based on an interview with Dermot O'Leary.
The article uses blue soft text so that it stands out but not right in your face but it certainly catches the readers eye as it is different colour from black but it is a soft and delicate text so its nice and easy to read but also catches readers attention. The background is plain white which means the images of Dermot and his kid stands out as well as the writing which makes it easier to reader but if people like looking at images it will be better to see as they stand out.
in this article it is mostly for older women as Dermot has his top off so that women a look at his lush body but then also says at the start of the article reason for going gooey over Dermot O'Leary which will attract women eye so it will make them want to read all about him.
The article uses very persuasive text to make the women what to read all about him and is new born baby 'his top off and lovingly cradled his friend's baby in his arms' which makes women know that Dermot is looking out and caring for his baby, but they will also want there husband/boyfriend to be the exact same.
The writer also addresses it to women readers by saying: Just in case the ladies of Britain (and some men) which come across as the writer knows that women will want to read the article as soon as they see dermot's name and pictures of his body, but the writer has done this to make it more formal and to involve the reader.
I have added a picture of dermot so that the audience can see that he loves his new born baby very much, and doesn't care if paparazzi is there watching him.
